• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

As a buyer on Juba Sook, you agree to:

• Complete payment for orders placed through the Platform
• Communicate professionally with vendors
• Inspect products upon delivery and report any issues promptly
• Leave honest and fair reviews based on your actual experience

As a vendor on Juba Sook, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and images of your products
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain adequate inventory levels or update stock information
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Honor the prices and terms advertised on the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of your products
• Not sell prohibited items including illegal goods, counterfeit products, or age-restricted items to minors

Important: Juba Sook currently operates on a cash-on-delivery basis. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and vendors.

• The Platform is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and vendors
• Always meet in safe, public locations for exchanges
• Inspect products thoroughly before making payment
• Report suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior immediately
• We recommend bringing a friend or family member to meet-ups

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to bypass Platform security measures
• Scraping or copying Platform content without permission
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or ratings

• Vendors retain ownership of their product listings and images
• By posting content, you grant Juba Sook a license to display and promote your listings
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences with products or vendors
• Fake, malicious, or fraudulent reviews are prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• You may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews

Juba Sook acts as a platform connecting buyers and vendors. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products listed
• The accuracy of vendor descriptions or claims
• Payment disputes between buyers and vendors
• Delivery or fulfillment of orders
• Any damages or losses resulting from transactions on the Platform

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

• The Juba Sook name, logo, and Platform design are protected by intellectual property rights
• You may not use our branding without written permission
• User-generated content remains the property of the respective users

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of Juba Sook after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
• You may close your account at any time
• Upon termination, you lose access to your account and its associated data

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Juba, South Sudan.
